COSMETiGATE is a Hong Kong based company, our logistic provider ZTO will ship your orders from Hong Kong to your home with quality and smoothness. Once we received your payment and ship it, you will receive email confirmation.

The delivery time is between 7-14 days for international countries and between 3-4 days for Hong Kong/Macau. You can also check your order status through EMS official website (www.ems.com.cn) and ZTO official website (www.zto.com) during the 60 days following your order confirmation.

Shipping fee:

China mainland

  • 55 HK$ <1kg.
  • 8 HK$ every additional 0.5 kg.
  • Each parcel can not exceed 3kg.
  • Declared commercial value can not exceed 800 CNY/parcel.
  • All goods should be for the buyer’s own consumption, not for resale.
  • All goods prohibited by China law are not accepted for shipping.

    • Customs clearance

  • China customs proceed with random check on the goods shipped by express delivery from Hong Kong to China. They will verify if the buyer needs to pay import tax according to the China customs law.
  • If China customs requests import tax payment on the parcel, they inform the buyer to pay the tax and the buy needs to pay it on his/her own.
  • If China customs refuse the parcel for different reasons (prohibited dangerous goods, incomplete address…), the parcel will be returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee and/or the resending of the goods.
  • Once the customs clearance done, the goods will be shipped by EMS thorough China.

    For different reasons (incomplete address, unsatisfied goods, damaged goods…), the buy needs to inform COSMETiGATE, and return the parcel within 7 days upon order reception in order to ensure smooth return and/or resending. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee and/or the resending of the goods.
