To ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for all of our users, we have established our Terms of Use. They spell out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Please note that by accessing any area of cosmetigate .com, you agree to be bound and to abide by these Terms of Use. We also strongly advise you to see our full privacy policy statement. cosmetigate.com is owned and operated by INNOLEDGE International Ltd. Any reference in these Terms of Use to cosmetigate .com shall include reference to INNOELDEGE International Ltd and their respective employees and agents.

Compliance with laws
 INNOELDEGE International Ltd is a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong. We operate in Hong Kong and comply with all the laws and regulations of Hong Kong. All our products are in compliance with all the requirements and specifications under the laws of Hong Kong. We are not in a position to guarantee compliance with specific local requirements or specifications under the local jurisdictions of customers.

We recommend delivery services for shipping of the products you ordered. However, should you prefer other delivery services or forwarders, you may contact us or make your own arrangement. Our products and shipment fees are denominated in HK dollars with local currencies equivalent for reference. All orders placed are transacted in HK dollars.

Order Terms
 Our order terms are contained in the Help page under the sections headed Ordering and Shipping and Delivery. All orders are subject to these order terms in addition to these Terms of Use.

 These Terms of Use (including the order terms contained in the Help page) may be modified from time to time. You should therefore read these Terms of Use and the order terms before you place any order.


Return Policy

If there are return requests, please send to info@cosmetigate.com to approve. Returns only accepted of products purchased from cosmetigate.com.  We do not accept returns from 3rd party distributors.

After 14 days, if the product has not been burned or used, we will be able to offer store credit only. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns made past 14 days and with 20% service fee.
